I was going through this blog and i came across the first article that I did, thats almost 3 years ago my people!! I have experienced so much growth since then, and i thought its good to update my life's progress this far- it also happens to be a testimony. Dr. Wayne W Dyer said:"Everything that has happened to you, you can either feel sorry for yourself or treat what has happened as a gift. Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose."
I am so glad I have been able to keep updating the blog this far, even despite the breaks here and there. I am not where I want to be, but there has been growth all the same.
Here goes my update;
My name is Muthoni Kabera-Muange. A daughter saved by amazing grace and constantly experiencing such a great love that only Christ can offer. My dream came true and finally i got to drop Tabitha. So thats my power name, its a very beautiful name. I am a Wife to my best friend and the love of my life- Cleopas Kavita- My Beau. Back then we were busy planning for our wedding and here we are happily married for 29 months. Soon to be a mother of three woop woop!!! Our Lituman is now 5 YRS 2 months, our litulady is 1 Yr 1month and our baby is due any time now. By the time i began this, we only had our lituman and he was 30months then, we have grown in numbers!!
I am still the first born in our home, my brother now looks bigger than me and my sister is little no more. I thank God we still have an amazing amazing relationship and friendship. I thank God for my dad that i love dearly and am forever grateful for the years I had my beloved mum. I also gained more siblings and amazing parents from my Beau's side of the family. Life is beautiful when you have a supportive family.
Currently am working at an amazing company as an Admin Assistant, getting work has been a journey but looking back God prepared me for this with every path i came by... and His timing is surely the best for us.
Sometimes i find myself complaining to God because it seems like nothing is working out my way, but writing this down and looking at all the prayers that He answered, the dreams and desires that came true am in awe... and am reminded to be (and stay) grateful. To keep growing no matter what!!
Love,
Muthoni Muange
