This are all the hearts in my life. You are a pillar I can lean on at all times in the good and the bad. You keep me strong keep me going and keeping on. You encourage me when am at the very edge. Most of all I know I can count on you.
My children know you as Auntie, uncle, grandma and grandpa or just you. No matter how far or close you are I know I have a hand that can pick me.
