In 2 days i will exchange vows with the love of my life and promise to love him to my last breath. Am pretty excited and all i feel is so much joy from within. People keep asking what am feeling... and am like nothing.. i have no idea what i should be feeling, all i feel is joy and excitement. I have dreamed about this since I met my beau. Woop woop its almost here.
Remember in Letter 1 i told you I have a sister- well she is my best friend and for the past 1 month she has been my room mate (Its been a good one i will miss the fun times). The reason that room can not be tidy lets blame her. I love her to the moon to Olkalou and back to Thika. We have been through so much together, we lost our sister Carol and mourned her together. She was the one who was there when my little man decided to come early. She saw me crying(well this contractions are no jokes) and was quick to ask me to shut up and focus on getting to hospital and giving birth. She laughed at me when my water broke( oh, how i will pay back for this one). We lost our Mum and we still mourn her together. There is a difference of 8 years between us but it is no reason not hang out together. Before i forget, i will also pay back for the bridal shower, i will play you real good wait for it.
So this letter is for my special little woman.
Dearest Sister,
I have loved you, i love you and will always love you. We fight we argue, i "borrow"your dresses, you "borrow" my sweaters and i step on your toes once in a while and so do you, in the end you are still my little sister. I love what we have built in those few years, in you i have a friend, a confidante' and a shoulder to lean on. We intentionally built a friendship, we are more than family.
My prayer is that you stay strong, keep faith and grow into the woman God has destined you to be. You are made of strength, that's why you are stronger than I am, and I love that about you. I promise that nothing will change between us, am still your sister, and now you will have a bigger brother. We will still love you and support you and our doors will be open for you any time. I will and would do anything for you.
Now that you keep saying am leaving you, think of it as a hide out am getting for you. Anytime you want to be spoilt and pampered, come to your sister lets talk and have fun as always. You will forever be my baby sister and i want to always be here for you.Let God be your fortress and may He direct your path and may His face shine upon you.
